the sharpie ink is slightly smudged!! i want to say he did it himself since it looks like it was smudged upon signing but im not a million percent sure, i bought it like this and it arrived to me the same way.
will be shipped like a photocard in a sleeve, toploader, and envelope as i think its the safest and have never had issues with it.
